Whatever it is, you have decided you want to make some positive changes in your life and that is so wonderful!  Whether it is for your own health and wellbeing, your family’s, your work, or even your community, desiring positive change is the beginning to a happier and healthier life.  It may be difficult though due to all the different ways we are pulled in life to know how and where to start. Everyone is unique, but at the core of who we are lies one thing we all have in common, we want to feel good and we want to enjoy our lives.

There are a lot of organizations out there that will tell you they have the answer from fitness centers to healing centers, but one thing is for sure, if you do not incorporate sustainable change by creating new positive habits by letting go of old not so positive ones, any long term success is usually not possible. The answer lies within you.

The 180 Degree Life is about the classic turn around.  Making positive change for good.  The goal of the 180 is to empower those we work with to find what works for the individual.

How does it work?

To kick things off you have a 1 hour free consultation.  This is great because you have nothing to lose at this point. During this hour we want to understand what is at the core of your needs and from there we will spend the rest of the time putting down some goals based on those needs.

Once we decide to work together we will lay out a plan.  There are many options here and we want to make sure that our plan is securely based on the present goals in your life. We support weekly or bi-weekly sessions 1 to 2 hours long depending on needs. Many of these sessions can be done over the phone and if we can accomplish that there is a discount for all phone sessions.

Programs & Packages

Setting & Attaining Goals: Whatever your needs, dreams & goals may be, by projecting the proper attitude and by setting the wheels in motion by your own life-force you can attain anything you set out to do, anything! We support weekly or bi-weekly sessions to identify and overcome the obstacles of your achievements and life purpose.

Health Analysis: By utilizing various forms of testing and questioning we can identify areas that need improvement and assist in the healing process.

Physical fitness and training: No matter how much space you have, or what kind of program you want to create, you can make your own area to get fit and stay fit! We will assist you in creating the perfect space just for you and offer the training and follow-up necessary to sustain your new habits.

Removing the toxins in your home: Today is a great day to get started making the simple and necessary changes to your daily routine of food choices and the products you consume. We will go through common misconceptions about healthy choices and assist you in making the exciting changes for a healthier lifestyle.

Organization: Whether it is your home, your office, or your life in general, organizational skills can be learned. Getting a little help in this area can make major changes in your life.  Because in order to be organized you must go through your stuff and in doing so you learn that you don’t need 3/4 of it. At that point you can start making room for new things. Some of the new things are also intangible because letting go in this form is a great mental exercise of letting go as well.

Ergonomic Consulting: Everybody works on a computer but not everybody works on a computer 8 to 10 hours per day. If you do, it is very, very important to maintain a correct posture if you want to stay pain free. If you have had any symptoms of pain due to the repetitive and static nature of your desk job I can assist you. By learning the correct way to set up your desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, phone, etc and by learning stretches and exercises that you can do right in your cubicle, you can stay pain free while at work and play.
